DAY 2

Managing the Tender Process and Communication

  • Launching the tender and managing the formal submission process
  • Best practices for conducting pre-bid meetings and site visits
  • Handling bidder inquiries and issuing clarifications (addendums) efficiently
  • Ensuring confidentiality, transparency, and integrity in the process
  • Procedures for secure bid receipt, opening, and initial verification

Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluation

  • Technical Evaluation: Assessing compliance, methodology, and technical risk

  • Utilizing Life-Cycle Costing (LCC) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in appraisal

Advanced Appraisal and Supplier Selection
