Advanced Procurement and Bidding Strategies

  • Strategic procurement planning and defining the optimal contracting strategy
  • Developing clear, performance-based Statements of Work (SOW) and specifications
  • Managing the pre-qualification and competitive bidding process
  • Advanced bid evaluation techniques (Tenders and Bid Evaluation)
  • Contract award and notice to proceed protocols

 

DAY 3

Contract Administration and Control

  • Establishing the contract administration system and project filing structure
  • Master techniques for Change Order Management and variation claims
  • Proactive management of schedule (delays, acceleration) and cost controls under contract
